This is already the second copyright strike against my account. "A single additional claim against your account will result in the termination of your account". I should delete videos to which I don't own the rights.. But how can I know!? I read thosecopyright tips on youtube.. "Even if you took the video yourself, the performer controls the right to use his/her image in a video, the songwriter owns the rights to the song being performed, and sometimes the venue prohibits filming without permission, so this video is likely to infringe somebody else's rights."
Does that mean I should delete all videos of concerts I've filmed? Except Jann Wilde's concerts.. I know I'm allowed to upload them. But what about the others? Oh noo... I really don't want them to delete my account! There's some videos I haven't on my computer anymore because I lost everything last autumn.. Or the one before last autumn? I have no sense of time anymore.. Anyway I've had my youtube account for years, and there's all my friends and comments and messages too.. I don't want a fresh start! So I have to get rid of everything?? Or just hope they won't complain about my videos?? Why can't even internet life be simple enough!

but you could simply download those you haven'T got anymore on your pc ... in case they would claim some copyright things... >.< it really sucks I had to put down the Marilyn Video - Calling your name... which I made on my own .. you know the sims2 thing! ...

Heey :) Yeah I'll download those videos back to me.. There's that download thing on youtube, but for some reason it lets me download only two videos and then it disappears and I can download the next two some other day! O_o

Oh I just realised... Maybe I'd be able to download videos from youtube using Atube catcher! I usually use it for downloading songs from youtube videos.. But I guess there's the option to download videos too. I have to try.. When I have time. :D

I had one HIM vid I was really proud of :) I cut together all the videos HIM had released so far and made it all together in a nice way with the song Stigmata Diaboli :) it really looks good but well ... there was the copyright thing =/ .. so I didn't upload it to my newer accout ^^... so it's been a while with that but it still sucks.. xD

MSN is soo boring.. I have one or two friends who often talks to me on msn but others don't say anything.. And I mostly talk with people on facebook but it's like I write to someone and then wait for weeks to get a reply.. =/ xx

It's just that.. I can't download any programs to our computer because I don't know my mum or dad's passwords! And they're the only ones who can download programs =/ Maybe someday when I'll have my own computer... :DD

Well, there's no need for turning videos anymore.. It was the first gig ever where I used my camera so I didn't know I shouldn't film sideways! lol.. And after that all my videos are fine, don't need turning. But I can't edit those Boy George videos anymore.. I lost them from my computer over an year ago when our pc went broken and I lost everything then =(

Oh =( Did your friends take any pictures there? I lost all my London pictures (january 2008) but I got few back becausse I had saved them in my camera.. But so much is missing and it's so annoying they're still in my head but I can't get them to the pc from my head! lol.

Facebook is a very good way to find old friends.. Almost everyone is on facebook =)

the worst case that could happen would be that the owner of the rights could go to court with it.. which would be quite expensive.. and I don't want to get a claim...

I think you can block your videos so they can't download the song... but thats a new option ... ^.^ I'm not sure if it works.. but youtube could make something against illegal download... so you still can upload.. because you don't earn money with it... and that's the point why they don't like you to upload songs... because in case you would earn money... you would earn money with stuff that isn't your own
I'm collecting CDs I like too.. I don't have many DVDs though, just few music video DVD's.. + I'm also collecting books I like =)
